I doubt any custom headgear from RMS is implemented here because customs are...customs and I highly doubt they are included in the original eA stuff.

it's custom, already went through the whole .grfs for headgears and didn't saw that
(and still can't decide which kaho to change mine into :I)

The name of the head gear is Black Back Ribbon.
And like Kurip said is not in the grfs files of the server.
