Hello there! ^^

I was wondering what the ingredient to make a Tome of Ymir were and also where the npc is to make this item. Thank you very much!

And the NPC is inside Valhalla. You can talk to it after you pass the SQI Arena with a Sage/Scholar.

you will have to go through the SQI arena to get access to the NPC.
