Title: hit rate + SC

I've been noticing that my SC's been missing from time to time while killing stuffs.
Despite my hit rate plus the 20hit bonus from SC (giving me 100% hit according to rms), it'll still sometimes miss no matter what.
Also, the mob does not have guard, pneuma, nor the ability to change it's property...

Can anyone offer anything helpful to this? .-.

What r u fighting and how much hit do you have?

I'm fighting alizas (163 hit), and I have 144 hit right now..
So technically I should be hitting at 100% rate with the SC bonus (144 + 20 > 163)

163 is the level for 95% Hit Rate for that monster. So you should still be missing 5% of the time, I think.

Are you missing a lot?

technically, its a 100% hit.
according to the SC, if it gives a 20 bonus and ur stats show up its 163, it shud hit at 100% chance !!

so, try testing again, check ur stats, are u missing a buff or something .. may have missed a blessing or something. Also, try to use a +1 or +2 dex food and check if u hit at 100% chance. If that works, just get 1 dex stat foods, easily save up on ur stats !

If it helps, Use magnum break before SC.
