30 if it's a regular, 5 if it's already a custom.
If it doesn't exist already (someone didn't purchase that sprite yet) it's another 15 on top of the 30, or a total of 15 instead of the 5 (if it was already a custom).
Probably didn't explain that as easily as possible, but \o.o/
