if your patient it will get answered in no time but if you keep saying please answer my ticket in the ticket then it will not get answered quickly at all just be patient and let the gm's do their jobs and you will eventually have an answer to my ticket

Did you seriously think making multiple topics was going to help?  There's a LOT of tickets ahead of yours, and NOT a lot of GM's with the clearance to do the work.  Sit down, be patient, and realize compared to other's tickets, 22 days isn't a long wait.
