I am wondering..how GM get those @commands thing to implement? Is it a handy work? Or rather some codings to the patch? I got an idea on another new @commands thing..so is there any info about @command i can acknowlege before asking the possibilty?

They are in eAthena by default. You just have to enable them. A few are custom though, but you gotta dig in the eAthena source code for that.
