Plagiarism is a passive skill I think, when you have it, just have someone attack you and the skill will pop up in your skill list.

Once you get hit by a new spell, the new spell also overwrites the old one.
The only way to prevent this from happening is to Transcend and get Preserve.

If you want to keep a magic based skill (Magnus/Storm Gust/Jupiter Thunder/etc.) equip a GTB while you're leveling.

You could get hit by a non-magic spell (Magnum Break, etc) and you would also die a lot quicker without a reduc card on your shield.

Earthquake is a NPC only skill i believe.

Rogue/Stalkers cannot copy anything other than 2nd class skills and below.

Do you mean the critical wound skill thats included in Sherwood Bow? or the critical would skill from cursed hand[1]  :(
